Creeping up on 28 years of experience, James lost his hair so you don’t have to! He leads the charge at Info-Tech and knows what he’s talking about.
Having worked for two of Montreal’s premier I.T. consulting firms before creating Info-Tech Montreal, James’ experience translates into a clear understanding of how to improve business flow processes with the right technology employed within a given budget.
There are many moving parts in today’s I.T. environments, and he knows how they all fit together and can best benefit you! He removes the smoke and mirrors and in clear, easy to understand language can explain everything so that you can make an informed decision. James and Tim are now training the next wave of technicians to continue Info-Tech’s legacy for years to come!

Tim is a seasoned pro with over 20 years of experience. If Tim is working on your issue it is not a question of IF it will get resolved, but when!
Sometimes, just sending an email to Tim is enough to force the computer to AutoMagically© correct itself! Besides solving problems in the day to day, he is also a team lead, project manager and in charge of R&D for new technologies and determining what the future of Info-Tech service will look like.
It’s worth mentioning that he also excels at being a know it all! In his free time, he collects stamps and friends…

Kim Grimes
With over 15 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, Kim has been part of the Info-Tech team for most of those. She brings to the table experience in many industries as well as the IT industry.
As Finance Director, she oversees the financial activities of the business and provides guidance to help push the company forward. Spending her days nose-deep in numbers and spreadsheets, she fits right in with this team. Kim is highly motivated, focused and driven, and ready to jump in where needed!
Ali Kanipour
He has 10 years of IT experience and joined Info-Tech Montreal in 2017 as a Senior System Administrator. He is Cisco Certified and loves new challenges in IT! Your server crashed? No worries! He is a specialist in Backup and Disaster Recovery.
He loves problem solving and helping clients and customers at anytime. He is so dedicated and focused at all times that his wife thinks that he is married to his job and customers rather than to her.

Harry joined Info-Tech Montreal in 2019 as a IT support Specialist. It is likely that Harry will be the one you speak to first when reaching out by phone or email and will resolve your request before the rest of the team’s even back from their coffee break!
He excels at learning on the fly and resolving issues in a timely manner with the utmost of patience.
Aiden Gibson
Aiden joined the Info-Tech team in 2022. With a passion for tech and helping others, he is a great addition here at Infotech.
He excels at organization and communication and now oversees all tickets that are opened with Info-Tech. If he can’t solve your problem, he will find someone who can! Outside of work, you can find him tinkering on tech projects and at home or riding his bicycle as fast and as far as possible.

Alessandro D’Ambra-Violi
With almost a decade of experience of sales and marketing in the fitness industry as a coach, Alessandro joined the Info-Tech team in 2023.
He loves everything social media and content creation, and made it his life’s mission to take at least one photo or video of his dog every day.
In his spare time, he continues to coach fitness clients both in-person and online, and sends unsolicited memes to his wife and friends.

With a boundless passion for all things tech, Pouyan dives headfirst into the ever-evolving world of IT, always eager to explore the latest trends and gadgets.
Pouyan knew he was destined for a career in this fast-paced industry when he chose computer science as his major. His fascination with hardware and software traces back to his very first PC in the early 2000s, igniting a lifelong curiosity and thirst for the world of IT.
But don’t let his love for technology fool you – he’s also a cinephile at heart, always ready to dissect the latest films, series and dive into cinematic worlds. And let’s not forget his love for football or the fact that he’s an avid Formula 1 enthusiast.
