How to Restore the “This PC” Icon in Windows 10

The desktop of every version of Microsoft Windows has included a “My Computer” icon. Windows 10 still has it, but they now call it “This PC”. If you don’t see the icon on your desktop, here is how to restore it;

1 – Right-click on an empty area of the Desktop, then select Personalize from the drop-down menu.

2 – Click the Themes link in the left-hand column.

3 – Click Desktop icon settings.

4 – Check the box beside Computer in the window that pops up. You can choose to either display or hide any of the icons listed inside this window simply by checking or unchecking them.

5 – Click Ok.
